One Stop Warehousing Solutions, Inc. (OWSI), a member of the Magsaysay Shipping & Logistics (MSL), has officially earned its Enterprise-Based Education and Training (EBET) accreditation from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) on August 12. This recognition makes OWSI the first enterprise accredited by TESDA-NCR (MuntiParLasTaPat—Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Taguig, and Pateros) under the newly launched EBET Program, and the first-ever EBET-accredited enterprise within Magsaysay Shipping and Logistics.
The EBET Program, signed into law by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on November 7, 2024 and implemented through TESDA Circular No. 069, s. 2025, integrates the apprenticeship, learnership, and dual training system into a unified, industry-led, and competency-based training framework. Its purpose is to bridge the gap between education and the evolving needs of industries—producing graduates and trainees who are job-ready from day one.
The Upskilling Programs will strengthen the capabilities of OWSI’s existing workforce, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and productivity. The General EBET Programs enable OWSI to cater to TESDA-endorsed trainees—including relatives of employees—providing them with specialized skills training that can lead to National Certificate (NC II) certification and enhanced employability.
With this accreditation, MSL and OWSI are now in a stronger position to boost employability, develop future industry leaders, and raise training standards in the logistics sector—continuing the company’s legacy of building an agile, competitive, and future-ready workforce.
