Jesse Stefan H. Maxwell is the President and CEO of Magsaysay Shipping and Logistics (MSL). He is responsible for the group’s overall performance and profitability, initiates and leads strategy formulation and implementation, and provides direction and guidelines to all operating divisions and support groups. 

He started his career in Magsaysay in 2011 as the Head of the Business Department in charge of assessing new business opportunities. In 2013, he became the Chief Operating Officer of MSL’s Tanker Shipping Division prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer of MSL in 2019. 

With more than 10 years of experience in shipping, logistics, and distribution, Jesse also seats as the Director of the Philippine Petroleum Seatransport Association (PHILPESTA) and Philippine Interisland Shipping Association (PISA), and President of  

Jesse graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and earned a master’s in business administration from the Harvard Business School in 2011.
